Umbrella is an object that is used to hold the rain prevent a person's body. Also used to create shadows and preventing exposure of the sun. Umbrellas were used to hold the sun called the parasol.

In the 16th century, where the umbrella became popular especially in North European countries which are often very rainy. Originally umbrella only considered as accessories for women.

Umbrellas early generations in Europe are made of wood or whalebone and covered canvas by oil. For towing a touch of art with colorful images and curved handle made of hard wood, ebony wood sorts, and so on.

Since then subsequently umbrella design techniques more focused on how to find the technology to close or fold the umbrella to be more practical when being transported.
