تعمل وزارة الحج والعمرة على تحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمعتمرين من خلال مراقبة الخدمات المقدمة للمعتمرين من قبل شركات العمرة التي تساعد في الحفاظ على حقوق المعتمرين.

لذلك أطلقت وزارة الحج والعمرة تطبيق اعتمرنا اعمال والمخصص لشركات العمرة لتمكن الشركات من التالي:

• تسجيل تحركات دخول وخروج المعتمرين في الفنادق

• إدارة واستعراض حجوزات اعتمرنا لتصاريح العمرة خلال فترة جائحة فايروس كورونا

• تعيين المراقب الصحي لحجوزات اعتمرنا
