It aims to unite millions of stakeholders across India from patients to pharmacies; from diagnostic laboratories to emergency services; from medical students, doctors, clinic front office personnel and nurses to physicians and front desk operators in hospitals; from drug manufacturers to suppliers; from field agents to regulatory authorities, insurance, service engineers and so on. The solution takes the form of a digital or web application that integrates systems and optimises transactions.

With the eGangaa® pharmacy app on mobile, you can

1. Dispense drugs and generate pharmacy bills.

2. Communicate the bills generated to the patient via SMS and email.

3. Store and retrieve all patient bills generated in the system on the platform.

4. Add and maintain a list of favourite doctors.

5. Specify mode of payment at the time of billing.

6. Generate proforma invoices.

7. Park patient bills for billing at later stage; Choose whether to auto delete parked bills.

8. Search for alternatives to the drug being billed.

9. Add inventory for new or existing drugs.

10. Choose printer size – 65/80 columns with/without compression, pharmacy name in bold, display manufacturer mnemonic in bill preview, billing exit confirmation.

To effectively use the eGangaa® pharmacy app on mobile, you need to be registered as a tenant on the eGangaa® platform with login credentials for users.
