- Added compass/heading to map
- Added elevation in feet and meters
- Added new layers that can be dynamically added/removed without an app release
- Added coordinate component in deg, dec or UTM
- Added sunrise, sunset and nadir (darkest time of night)
- Added speed in kph or mph
- Added button to zoom to current location

Fixes
- Profile follow button.
- Some trips could cause the trip search to results to be empty.

Known
- Icons are not showing on trip/trail pages.
