The IBIS app is attendees, sponsors, and speakers one stop solution to simplify your event visit.

Key features include:

Networking - The ‘matchmaking’ feature helps attendees to network by allowing them to: find relevant speakers, attendees, or sponsors, send private messages and manage who you ‘match’ with.

Agenda - You have the ability to link your agenda to any part of the app. Additionally, you can personalise your agenda and view multiple sessions at once.

Meeting booking - This feature allows you to book meetings with your favourite attendees; add meetings to your phone calendar; accept, reject, or suggest a new meeting time; set up meeting locations and invite as many people as you want.

Q&A - Ask all the questions you would like during IBIS’ sessions. Anonymously, they are posted on the big screen and can be rated by other app users.

Polling - Participate in the feedback surveys and see results on the app and big screen at events.
