Mr.Prakash Sukhadeo Kolhe

(Founder- Manavdhan Samajik Shaikshanik Vikas Sanstha Nashik )

His father Mr. Sukhadeo and mother Late Dagubai was farm – worker under one Landlord (In Marathi Salkari) They did not have their own home . They were living in a small hut which was provided by that Landlord .After few years they got small home from government under the scheme of Indira Awas Yojana .

Small Prakash had started his primary education at Nimgaon Wakada (very small village ) in Nashik district When he was in IV std , he started working with his mother in field . He was bright in school . After school he was cutting grass for cattle's from field and after that he was selling that grass in the nearest market.

In this way financially he had supported his family and fulfilled his own educational expenses up to his last academic degree. He has completed vocational Electrical course (10+2 level) Diploma in Industrial electronics and A.M.I.E .

After doing lot of struggle in his childhood he developed his own philosophy of life and compiled it in one formula ie. (Struggle=success )

He was strongly believe that every success has two Golden hands one is Honesty and other is Hard work.

When he was in middle school he adopted one principle which was also slogan of his school that is

"Hati ghyal te tadis nyal" (In English what ever work (task) you will start you have to complete it properly)

He started his carrier as a Electrical Engineer in Crompton Greaves Nashik. But he was interested in the field of education from childhood that’s why he left that job and joined in K.K.Wagh Engineering college in Nashik as a teacher.

Whatever struggle he had done in his childhood ,other children should not go through it. So that he decided to start one school . He started one institute named as Manavdhan Samajik Shaikshanik Vikas Sanstha in year 2004 at Nashik .He got inspiration after reading the book “Bharat 2020” then he decided that he will serve for Humanity and Nations for that he made one slogan “Manavseva Hich Khari Ishwar Seva” (Service for humanity is real worship of God ) He accepted Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam sir as a mentor (Guruvarya) He decided that he will become a small soldier of the mission 2020(A dream which was seen by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam sir)

At the time of starting the school he had contributed his own provident fund to establish the school in year 2005.He also sold his own house for the establishment of school.
