Mindapples

The Mindapples app is a fresh approach to mental health, wellbeing and mindfulness. Based on Mindapples' popular “5-a-day for your mind” campaign and proven training programmes, the app gives you fascinating insights about how our minds work, and helps you apply them to your health, work and relationships.

Listen to audio clips and watch videos about improving wellbeing, managing stress, raising your energy and mastering your moods, and then reflect on how these principles could improve your life and work. Browse other people's tips and suggestions for mentally healthy living and working, and get daily ideas for looking after your mind.

This first module of the app is free. Additional topics are available for a simple subscription fee, but everything we're giving away in the first module will stay free, forever. Your feedback will be really appreciated and if you have any comments then please let us know!

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

Subscription gives you access to the full content tree, including many more videos, audio clips and questions to help you explore your mind. Modules include Get Motivated, Know Yourself, Handle Pressure and Master Your Moods.

There are two auto-renewing subscription options (prices for UK customers, other countries may vary):

Monthly subscription: £5.99 per month

Annual subscription: £49.99 per year

Your subscription will be charged to your Google Play Account and will automatically renew at the start of your next billing period. You can cancel the subscription at any time by turning off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your next billing period. You can manage your subscription in your Google Play settings after purchase.
