This application allows you to deal with all kinds of text files including .txt, .log, .html, .xml, .php, .css, .js, .c, .cpp, .java, .m, .ini .pl, .db, .conf, etc. This makes it pretty much a must install application for your phone since most phones and office applications cannot deal with text files outside of .txt files.
