OrderGo - ROS

The Receive Order Station (ROS) App forms part of the ordering process and is used by kitchen staff. It receives distributed order items from released table orders at designated positions in the merchant, allowing processing of menu items to be immediately processed and effectively controlled.

The ROS App is available in Windows, Android, Apple and Linux variants, depending on the hardware tablet they are installed on.

Within the ROS App order items progress through defined stages that are controlled by kitchen staff using the touch screen.

The ROS App also uniquely allows for individual order items to separately move to statuses.
