Peekaboo is built around one idea: meet the person, not the profile.

Most dating apps are built for matching, not connecting. You swipe, you match, and then spend weeks texting someone you've never actually heard talk. Sometimes that turns into a date. Often it just fades out.

Peekaboo works differently. When you match with someone, you set a time you're both free, and you talk — face to face — before anything else. No weeks of texting first. No wondering if they sound like their photos look. Just an actual conversation, early, while you still have real interest in finding out who they are.

How it works

When you match, you each share when you're generally free to talk. When you're both ready, one of you starts a call. If the other person's free too, you're talking within a minute or two of matching.

Only after you've actually talked does messaging open up, so you can keep the conversation going in your own time.
