Performing Diagnostic Testing:

For each common test category, a trained call center rep performs a series of simple actions. For example, if assessing the camera, the app will ask you to perform a series of tests relating to your camera functionality, or when checking the phone’s speaker, the app will play music and then ask you to confirm whether you heard this.

When conducting a full device health check, the call center rep has the ability to perform over 50 individual device functionality tests. This is great way to ensure end consumers device remains in top working condition.
