# Method to recover photos or Videos when problems occur

If for some reason Photo Album Lock does not run, recovery can be made by following the method below.

1) Uninstall Photo Album

2) Download Photo Album from the Market and install it.

3) Go Setting in the Photo Album, Enter a New Password and Confirm a New Password

4) The missing files will be recovered to save in Same as a Previous one.
