Fly, shoot dodge and more, your way through polynesian isles, jungle, volcano, forest and the big city.

Fixed Control glitch on first time run.
Added altitude meter
Added Highscores on Survival Mode
Added Music on Survival Mode
(Forgot to Loop it you can set volume to 0 and rise it again to restart it for now)
Changed the fonts to something more "readable"
Control Method is saved upon exit
