PrestaChat is a chat support app for sellers on addons.prestashop.com the native marketplace for prestashop themes and plugins. This tool helps these sellers respond to their customer support messages right from their mobile phones. The messages are arranged in a chat like view. This app also notifies the user whenever a new message is recieved.

The best feature about this app is that it has an in-built translate functionality for when the client does not speak your native language. So one can easily overcome the language barrier and focus on helping your client.
