This is a real personal fitness trainer. This is a great bodybuilder. Pushups Workout not only counts the number of push-up workouts you do but also calculates the calories you lose during each exercise and makes a training plan based on your daily training and body condition.

In training mode, the pushups app will create a reasonable training plan based on your age and body condition. The plan will be divided into six levels with several groups of push-ups for each level. The training plan for the next group or level will be based on your current training result. At each new level, the app will re-evaluate your body condition to make sure the plan is customized.
