PVR cinemas introduces Springboard, it's first employee learning and development app. The application is launched with a vision to uplift employee competence by imparting values from guided and self paced learning. Springboard offers the employees with comprehensive set of learning resources and assessments. The app also incorporates deeper analytics into each employee's performance and provides cues to improve and excel.

The application also ensures that the employees of PVR stay connected to their organization with timely updates on various activities across the relevant departments.

Employees also have the provision to refer their peers for various internal job openings.
