Improvements
- Added glow to rubies
- Adjusted Fire and Smoke visuals
- Reward popups now give reward at correct time
- Adjusted powerup visuals
- You can now open the pause menu when dead

Fixes
- Upgrade screen no longer scrolls down by default
- Boost will now always lift the player up
- You can no longer pickup powerups while boosting
- You can no longer die from using boost
- You can no longer die during boss transition
- Braziers now light objects correctly
- Adjusted cage collider
