RoyalMind is an offline-first preflop range training app designed for adult Texas Hold'em learners who want to strengthen memory, position awareness, and review discipline without connecting to any online game or backend service. The app focuses on a clear educational loop: choose a position and stack depth, inspect a full 13 by 13 range matrix, make a training decision, compare that decision with a reviewed local teaching baseline, and then send weak spots into a spaced review queue. RoyalMind is not an online poker room, not a casino product, not a real-money gambling service, and not a live-table assistant. It does not provide deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes, redeemable rewards, betting services, gambling links, player matching, screen recognition, or real-time recommendations for third-party games.

The core Range Training screen gives learners a compact but complete preflop matrix for six common table seats: UTG, HJ, CO, BTN, SB, and BB. Users can switch stack depth and action condition, such as RFI, facing a 3-bet, or blind defense. Every cell in the matrix has a hand code, a local baseline action, a simple family label, and an accessible text description. The purpose is to help learners build pattern memory for groups such as pocket pairs, suited aces, suited broadways, connectors, and offsuit pressure hands. The app avoids unsupported claims such as guaranteed profit, exact solver frequency, exact EV, or universal GTO instruction unless independently reviewed data is supplied by the content owner.

Position Duel turns the same local content pack into fast practice. The app generates position matchups, stack depth, hand class, and action condition on the device. Users answer with Fold, Call, Raise, or Mix, then receive an explainable quality score based on whether the answer matches or reasonably approximates the reviewed baseline and how long the response took. This score is only an in-app learning metric. It does not predict real-money performance, expected winnings, bankroll outcomes, tournament success, or any financial result.

Review Queue converts mistakes and weak categories into a repair list. Cards with lower mastery, older review dates, and repeated lapses receive higher priority. This lets learners return to the most useful next drill instead of randomly repeating hands they already know. A recoverable Crown Plan creates a local 12-question session so the current question number, score, and answered records can survive app restarts. The Progress screen summarizes attempts, overall mastery, seat-by-seat heatmap scores, due reviews, local content version, source label, and reviewed date.

RoyalMind is built for transparent local use. Preferences, user selections, answer history, mastery values, review priority, and recoverable sessions are stored on the device. Users may export or import a local JSON backup through Android's system document picker. The app does not request broad storage permission for this flow. Android cloud backup is disabled in this build. There is no account login, no cloud sync, no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no payment SDK, no push notification flow, and no backend API connection.

The app interface uses a dark black-purple training system, while the Google Play visual assets use a Monaco-inspired black-gold presentation with a casino-themed app icon selected for strong store recognition. This visual theme does not change the product scope: RoyalMind remains an offline educational trainer, not a casino, gambling operator, betting tool, or real-money game.
