I want to add contacts for emergency call. How do I do this?

You can add emergency contacts using SOS option on home screen. After adding contacts, whenever you click on SOS button, the application will automatically send text message with your location.

I want to set specific volume level and avoid accidental volume changes?

You can set a specific volume and lock it using Senior Safety Phone. Go to Settings menu and select Volume Lock option. Set required volume level and Lock it using lock button. You can lock volume for ringtone, system, notification, media, alarm and voice call. This will avoid accidental volume changes.
