Simple vegetable puree

Root vegetables, such as carrots and parsnips, are very nutritious for babies and infants, and also, puree foods are easy to digest. Experiment and try this vegetable puree food. first, the materials you need to make it, there are some materials such as 4 medium potatoes (mashed), 1/2 of a medium swede (also called a rutabaga), 1 medium parsnip,1 medium carrot, 14 1/2 ounces (420 ml) of unsalted vegetable stock, Dab or square of butter. then you need some tools Saucepan

Wooden or metal spoon for mixing, Food processor, and Vegetable peeler.

after the materials you need, Peel and dice the carrot, parsnip, and swede. Add a square of butter and vegetables to the saucepan. Fry everything for about 5 minutes. Pour in the vegetable stock and achieve a boil. Let everything simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Strain the vegetable mixture with a strainer/sieve into a bowl. Keep the liquid though. Place the tender vegetables in a food processor and puree them. Add a bit of liquid to the processor as needed, but not too much, as it will make the mixture more of a liquid and gooey than what you want to achieve.Add the mashed potatoes to the processor and add more liquid to the desired texture you want.
