Christina Judith Perri (born August 19, 1986) is a singer-songwriter from Philadelphia, United States. Her debut single "Jar of Hearts" was on the charts after appearing on Fox So You Think You Can Dance television show in 2010. The single sold over 3 million copies in the United States and became a worldwide hit. In the UK the song is at number three on the charts and is 3 months in the UK Top 40. A few months later, Perri released her first extended play, The Ocean Way Sessions.

After "Jar of Hearts" began to receive great attention, Perri signed a recording contract with Atlantic Records. Her debut album, Lovestrong, releases on May 10, 2011. In 2012, she writes and records "A Thousand Years" for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 (2011) and appears as a soundtrack. The song sold over 4 million copies in the United States, certified 4 × platinum. Her second EP, A Very Merry Perri Christmas, releases in October 2012.
