Suicide? Help! - Tablet - An information app for people who are thinking about suicide or are worried about someone else.

As well as providing detailed information about suicide, such as how to get help and what signs to look for in others, this app also provides details of services the user can contact particularly in the UK and Tayside.

A new feature added in 2016 is the Safety Plan. This feature allows you to create your own safety plan to help you through difficult times.

This version is optimised for tablets - Suicide Help is also available for smartphones

Suicide Help has been updated for the latest contact details and an up to the minute content overhaul. We have also made extensive visual and structural changes and added a new section, Safety Plan. This section allows you to create your own safety plan to help you through difficult times.
