The Responder is an amazing system for the Call Center industry. The Responder has advanced processes that use the client’s smartphone and existing Call Center equipment to protect people being tracked by Call Centers in ways never imagined before. The Responder capabilities are decades ahead of current Call Center tracking systems and processes.

The Responder tracks and communicates with people that have the Responder App (RA) on their smartphones. The Responder knows where everyone is and has a built in Work Alone System that eliminates communication with the Call Center staff until there is a problem.
