Based on the traditional meals we've made at home over several generations they reflect the culinary traditions of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. They're completely vegetarian and can be made in a kosher setting.

We don’t have thousands of recipes copied from cooking books, but we can help you make healthy and tasty meals for your family with fresh vegetables.

One of our goals is to demystify this process and explain the various ingredients we use, exotic though they may be to Western audiences.
