ULB GIS Survey

ULB GIS is an application for collecting GIS data of various utilities and infrastructure within the municipal areas of West Bengal. This app is created to serve the purpose of creating a GIS of the urban local bodies.

The app is easy to use and does not consume much time or effort. The latitude and longitude of any place gets uploaded through mobile GPS when a photo is clicked of that place and saved in the app. The saved photos and the lat-long data is saved directly in a computer-based database. This database can be used in creating a city-based GIS system reflecting various utilities along with the uploaded photo taken on ground.
