Adds back the "Start With" feature in settings.
Adds option to hide notification status icon. Locate this option in Settings. Bug Fixes.

Notification Profiles are now required, this is necessary to support Android Oreo+. WiFi no longer supported. Notifications renamed to Ringtones. Adds adaptive icons and shortcut support. Adds improved location address search. Reduces battery usage and now uses schedule jobs. Volumes can now be viewed from the notification area within Notification Profiles.
