We're North London's premier fitness facility. Located on a large private plot in Mill Hill, BOXR is a no-contract ‘pay-as-you-train' multi fitness establishment, we're ditching the tired model and building destinations, not just gyms. Highly intense fitness sessions with a strong emphasis on culture and social interaction.

Playlists that blend hip-hop and house with timeless classics (think Biggie and Dre) into customized mash-ups and remixes that are specific to BOXR in an engineered layout that inspires and motivates.

Our establishment is designed to a balance of beauty and function, including a professionally sized boxing ring on the second floor, graced regularly by world level sparing to our BOXR eats kitchen, a post-grind shake bar to restore glycogen and protein levels.

Using our app you can sign up, view/ book sessions, use our Spotify integration as well as be reminded when you have an upcoming session, along with integration of our custom heart rate monitor or your own personal device to log exactly how hard you’ve been training and graph your progress.
