Fixed two issues:
* The app would crash on devices with limited memory for large playlists due to how the data was handled. It is now handled with streaming, which should work regardless of the playlist size.
Redownload is required, but it should be done automatically when the app updates.
* The EPG would not always download correctly if the provider doesn't allow several requests in parallel. I have implemented a retry mechanism that should work in most cases.
