Workout Log
- Add an exercise to the workout and record weight, reps and rest time for each set
- Delete workouts
- Add/Delete sets
- Easily view past workout logs by tapping on the calendar dates. This helps you with progressive overload in your training
- Log/edit unlimited number of workouts
Exercise Database
- Includes a default list of exercises so you don’t have to type the whole name
- Search exercise by typing the exercise name or muscle group and tap to add it to workout
- Add your own exercises same way by typing the exercise name and tapping on Add “exercise name”
- 2 exercise types: Strength and Cardio
- Strength - record training in weight, reps and rest time
- Cardio - record training in duration and rest time
Calendar
- Dates on which you have trained are highlighted
- Tap a day in the calendar to view/create/copy from/edit/delete the workout
- Navigate to a specific day's training log by selecting it in the calendar
- Current date is circled in the calendar
Routines
- Copy previous workouts
