Keep and manage all your products documentations in one single application. Have your product manuals, catalogs, package leaflets, customer service information, warranty information and a lot more… always at hand and always updated!

The life has changed a lot since the 1960s. Unfortunately, user manuals haven’t! When we buy a camera, a washing machine, a car or a medicine, we still deal with paper documentation of our products written in very small letters, often black and white and often lacking details and sometimes even in languages we don’t understand. If we judge these documents useful at the minimum, they end up in a bag, a drawer or a wardrobe and we hardly ever come back to read them. This is a very wasteful process.

Coodoc is created to solve this problem.

Coodoc application gives you direct access to the most up to date documentation of your products. It keeps and organizes your user manuals, installation manuals, maintenance documents, package leaflets, catalogs, etc. It also provides you additional information about your products and helps you where to buy the product for a second purchase or where to find spare parts or repairers.

You can use Coodoc application to flash a QR Code and get immediate access to the documentation of the product. Once you find the information, Coodoc application allows you to keep the information for further retrieval. If the product does not have a QR Code, you can just search for it among thousands of products shared by other users.

With Coodoc application you can seamlessly contact the customer service for asking questions or making claims. The person on the customer service is only a click away as you can call them or send them an email directly through Coodoc.

The warranty information is also available when you need it and using Coodoc you can even register your products and check when the warranty of your product expires.

Using Coodoc application, your can also share information about your products with other users or the product manufacturer. You can leave a comment for a product, and other users can react to your comments or answer your question.

In the search menu you can select the products based on their categories, brands or manufacturers. When you find your product of interest, you can define it as a favorite, and then Coodoc application will keep it for you in your favorites collection. In this way, you don’t need to scan the QR Code of the product or search for it again.

Finally, using Coodoc you can encourage the manufacturers to reduce the quantity of paper documentation of products, and make a good-will gesture for our planet.
