41.2: Added the ability to show tracklog points on map, and also to delete a tracklog point by long-pressing it.
41.0: Updated Google Billing library.
40.8: Updated to target Android SDK 33.
40.5: Show ads when subscription not paid.
40.4: When waypoint tapped on map, don't show Google navigation toolbar unless enabled on preferences page to avoid crashes.
40.3: Removed ads.
40.1: When sending a location SMS, also copy message to clipboard to allow pasting in message if required.
