Added a menu item to scroll to the bookmark position directly from within a story without first visiting the bookmarks list.
Added bookmarks which load the page to the saved scrolling position
Fixed a flickering issue when flipping through stories
Fixed an issue where the title and favourite icon would not update after flipping page
Hi-res dashboard icons
Added option for more apps
