What's new in the latest 1.0

This is our first release, and included are many features.

1: We've reduced the speed of the splash screen time, this enables users to experience the app much sooner.

2: The ability to persist user settings upon exiting the app. This however only happens once the user enters valid data the first time, and gets a calculated result.

3: The ability to get calculations in both Imperial and Metric.

4: We've included the two main formulas for calculating the BMR.
