The beep at the end of the countdown no longer cuts off the music.
An optional parameter has been added to prevent the app from going to sleep during the countdown.

By default, the end countdown will no longer sound, but must be authorized manually.
The aim is to make it less intrusive.

It will no longer be possible to accidentally close the current session with a return action.
