All of this is delivered right to you via my Mobile App. That way all you have to do is log in on your phone/tablet (the app can be downloaded using the Apple or Android platform), laptop or desktop and you can workout using my training style, training principles and training videos from anywhere, anyplace.
With the App I will be able to track all your workouts (again, designed around what you have access to) and training progress.
On top of that, we will schedule Skype/FaceTime calls to discuss any questions about your workouts that equals accountability AND equals your very own Online Wellness Coach.
