1288茁壮方案的订阅制度，

有如订报、订网路串流播放器，

月付1288元，入会不绑约，

不限入场次数、时间，

场馆1楼、2楼设备皆可使用。

如果您爱好上午运动，固定于09:00-17:00间入场

1088早鸟方案的订阅制度也很适合您！

只限制入场时间，不限制出场时间。

(例如：可以从16:00运动到19:00)

场馆内使用的器材皆为无毒材质，

空气清净机长时间开启，

空气清新无异味。

环境宽敞明亮，

绿色植株围绕，健身也健心！

＊场馆1楼为自由重量区，包含：

XEBEX无动力跑步机、哑铃、壶铃、

小飞鸟、综合训练架、

筋膜放松工具、TRX悬吊训练、弹力带/绳、

AED自动体外心脏电击去颤器

（一楼男厕内有密码锁置物柜、盥洗室、

吹风机、dyson烘手机、免治马桶）

＊场馆2楼为机械重量区，

皆采用CYBEX设备，器材多元，

可训练肩膀、背部、手部、臀部，腿部、胸部、核心，

也有六站式滑轮；

心肺器材有滑雪机、脚踏车、踏步机

（二楼女厕有设置密码锁置物柜、盥洗室、

吹风机、dyson烘手机、免治马桶、饮水机）

You can subscribe this program by paying 1088/1288 NT$ per month for the access to all equipments in the first and second floor.

The equipments provided are all made by non-toxic materials. Air purifiers always open. The air is fresh without any weird odors. Our space is broad and bright. Plants surround you and help you feel relaxed.

All machines are made by Cybex, we offer you a variety of machines to train shoulder, back, arm, hip, legs, chest, and core. We also have 6 station cable. Or you can use , SkiErg, and air bikes to train your body.
