We have prepared the Ye Clinic mobile app so that patients who use the Ye Clinic can continue to manage their health using non-face-to-face treatment when it is inevitably difficult to visit the hospital.
The Yewon mobile app provides the following services.
• Providing accurate hospital information
- Providing accurate hospital information for patients looking for a courtesy clinic
- You can eliminate any inconvenience in using the hospital by delivering changed information about the hospital through notices.
- Hospital introduction, medical staff biographies, and medical department information
- Treatment hours, consultation phone call, hospital location information
- Detailed introduction to our hospital’s special features linked to photos and YouTube
- Information on hospital facilities and medical equipment
• Hospital-specific app for patients who want to receive non-face-to-face treatment at their usual hospital
- If it is unavoidable to visit the clinic, you can use non-face-to-face treatment through the clinic's mobile app.
- Continuous health management is possible through non-face-to-face treatment with the doctor you normally see.
※ Non-face-to-face treatment is being operated in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare pilot project based on Article 44 of the Framework Act on Health and Medical Services.
• You can manage your family's health using family registration.
- You can register your elderly parents or young children with a family account and receive treatment from the same doctor they usually receive treatment from.
• Access permission information
- Location: Used to automatically receive current location and provide services for finding nearby pharmacies.
- Camera: Used to take and attach photos when requesting medical treatment.
- Photo and file storage: Used to attach photos when requesting treatment.
- Notification: Used to send notices, medical treatment application, reception, and payment notifications.
- Phone: Used to provide a call function through hospital/pharmacy phone numbers.
- Microphone: Used to provide non-face-to-face medical services through video calls.
※ Even if you do not agree to the selection permission, you can use the app other than the corresponding function.
