The new 21 Damage is here! And first for Android!

FEATURES:
- 4, 3, 2 and Single Player tracking support
- Simple life counter
- Commander Damage counters for each player
- Subtract/Add 5 lives at a time
- Player is defeated when:
- Life total reaches 0
- Commander Damage from any opponent reaches 21
- Life drain indicators:
- Yellow when <10 life
- Red when <5
- Black when defeated
