Added the ability to customize color for non-military vehicles
Added reflections for non-military vehicles
Increased grip across the board

Fixed a bug with players being rewarded only for the last completed mission of the level
Fixed a bug where a previous mission's end checkpoint was triggered, causing the mission system to bug out
Fixed skidmarks and skid smoke not appearing for Hilux and Wrangler on some levels
