ABC for technology training is a sister concern of Aradhya Academy (Regd.) which imparts quality teaching on Engineering academic subjects. Aradhya Academy started as a small organization, in 2002 by Mr. Manjunath Aradhya . Initially it had only one center in Bangalore at Vijayanagar with a modest strength of 50 students. Today it is the leading Engineering Academy in Bangalore and across the state for CS/IS/EC/TC/EEE disciplines which offers quality technical education on Engineering Academic subjects. It has set up two centers across Bangalore in Vijayanagar, JP Nagar with a total student strength of more than 4500 every year. Aradhya Academy has been able to scale such great heights of success through constant dedicated, committed and disciplined efforts. It has set a new bench mark in the field of Engineering coaching. It has imparted technical knowledge to more than 30000 students since its inception.

The efforts of Team Aradhya has been recognized and endorsed by Pearson publication which is a leading publication house headquartered in London. After an internal survey conducted by Pearson, in the field of technical education, they identified Team Aradhya as leaders in the realm of technical education. Pearson came up with an offer to Team Aradhya to author a book on ”Aradhya's Object Oriented Programming with C++” . Team Aradhya humbly obliged the offer made and authored the book which was released with the tagline “Aradhya Series” and is one of the hot selling textbooks on C++ today. Team Aradhya and Pearson publication have arrived at an understanding where in more technical books would be authored by the team in the months to come.

Team Aradhya realizes that the employability of students suffers severely due to outdated syllabi of Universities. In fact this view has been echoed by series of surveys which point to the poor quality of engineers passing out of Universities. A NASSCOM survey has said that only 25% of graduates were readily employable in the country. This would result in software companies requiring to train employees for at least 300 hours before they are rendered productive. This is where Team Aradhya envisaged a role where it could act as a potential bridge between the knowledge levels of students on one end and the software industry expectations on the other.
