- Use variable bit rate AAC encoders (also fixes Android 6 recording crash).
- Use highest resolution artwork.
- More gracefully handle running on unusual environments, such as car head units.
- Increase number of equaliser bands from 5 to 10.
- Move "change receiver name" function to settings page.
- Multiple other bug fixes and optimisations.
