Possibility to save alarm without activiting it.

Bugfixes:
- Notification could still show even if alarm was cancelled
- Authentication wasn't done right after last update.
- If the given host-adress was wrong, it crashed the app and needed to delete all data to start again
- Connection is being tested when new host-adress is saved
- If given host-adress is possibly LAN-IP, then WiFi will be turned on, connect to broker and then publish.
