Pillai Institution was established in 1998 by Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai with the vision of providing education to students in a high-tech atmosphere. Pillai college hosts Alegria - the festival of joy, an intercollegiate festival that provides students a chance to showcase their talents in front of a huge crowd. Not only students but nation-wide known celebrities have also come to this festival and have claimed it to be a thriving experience. Singers and DJs from all around the world have graced the festival and the whole crowd has swayed along their beats having the time of their life. The motto of the festival is to spread joy and it has always done justice to it.

This year's theme 'light the night' is all about living your life like you do when the dark of the night becomes the light to your mind. Our youth is the most active when the whole world is asleep, for the greatest of the ideas are brewed at night. This time it's all about showing who you truly are, so get on board and set your worries aside as Alegria 2021 has come to your rescue.

This app is designed to register for events without any hassle and play fun quizzes. This app has features that include:

- The entire process is explained both theoretically and visually. Participants can find a video directing them the steps to register for a particular event along with a link leading to written instructions.

- All the events are explained in detail for you to choose from and show what talents you embrace.
