AMC Immunization

This is an extension of the Immunization system. Here we focus on the issuance of the Health Smart cards to the citizens. With this card the child can get vaccinated by any pediatricians anywhere in AMC limits. The card will have a QR code which can be scanned by the mobile app in the doctor's phone and the vaccination details can be updated by it.

This is an enhanced version of the mobile application that was given to the workers. In this we will have the advanced feature of the QR code image scanning. The doctor can simply scan the QR and all details will be populated to him for vaccination.

- The doctors who will be using this app, will be provided with special authenticated logins

- The doctor will have the provision to go to the scan QR code option. Here he can just hold the phone camera and the QR code on the card will read.

- Child details will be populated on screen. If the child is the correct one, he will tap and go inside to do the vaccination

- In the vaccination page he needs to enter the date and place. He will be shown a calendar where he can select the date.

- If he finds a child who does not have a card, he can search his details as well from the next tab and give his vaccination.

- This search screen has advanced search option. This includes registration number or QR code number, date of birth, Hospital name and Ward name.

- The hospital names and ward name has auto complete search on them, so typing few letters will give you the nearest predictable names. The names are the full exhaustive list of all the hospital in the RBD.
