  "Sleazy Steve's Mystery Crates" added to Andromeda starmap to buy mystery crates fro credits or TCs with any non-TimeCrystal item including ships and modules being possible drops.
  Select button added to list of fleets.
  FTLD changed to prevent enemies from orbiting planets in the system until the FTLD is destroyed or taken over by request.
  PvP Shield removed.
  Ship and module upkeep lowered significatnly. ~10x cheaper.
  Citadel build cost lowered and stats buffed.

  New backend system for loading assets implemented for loading 3D buildings to hopefully reduce RAM use to help people with low end devices.
  Defenses and invade screen not working with 2D buildings enabled fixed.
  Empty sector "slabs" are now hidden unless the planet stats / sector stats screen is open.
  Bugs with sectors fixed.
  Performance pass over textures, Materials and LODs.
  Clicking a sector slot on the planets owned screen now move camera to the sector.

  2D building icons replaced with 3D cityscapes sticking out of the surface of planets. (Togglable in settings to return to old 2D icons)
  Sector stats screen overhauled.
  Shop button added to the main screen and shop screen added to consolidate the shops in one place.
  Hologram modules screen changed to be a Time Crystals Shop screen so unique ship models could be added.
  4 dreadnought "skins" added to the TC shop. Same stats and reserarch requirements as regular dreadnoughts.
