1. Shield [Selling First] function when log in through the local access and users from Spain and France.
2. Rename [Time-Based Control] function in [Work Mode]--[Advanced]. Now it's called [Time of Use], and update its page UI.
3. Update [Automatic System Check] function.
4. Add [Neutral Ground Selection] function, for Storage supported this feature.
5. Add [Household Current Limit] function, for Storage supported this feature.
6. Fixed some bugs.
