Additional improvements to Bluetooth BLE connection process to better handle additional devices on Android 12+
Fix Android 13 issue with Zebra barcode scanner library causing crashes on startup.
Fixes for random crashes when changing head count and viewing scan history
Export now includes all Scan Photo and Photo Record images.
Photo Records can now have Notes added to records.
Photo Records images can now be uploaded to the BCS Server for offline review.
