Addresses a bonding problem that intermittently occurs on some devices which causes the device details screen to appear when the link between the phone and BGX is improperly established. In this scenario, features on the details screen fail to work. With this fix, this class of problems should no longer occur.
Fixes a crash that can occur when bluetooth is disabled and scan is pressed.
