Have added the possibility of creating a PDF version of the Full Insulin Scale, the Simple Insulin Scale and the Correcting for Arrows Scale. Have fixed a glitch in permissions for some versions of Android. Have updated the weblinks for School Resources. Other small bug fixes. Updated terms.
