BuddyConnect

BuddyConnect is an android mobile application designed to support well-being within a workplace context. The initial release of the application has been designed to support Neurodiversity in the workforce and may be of particular benefit to employees with Autism. BuddyConnect can also provide significant advantages to Neurotypical as well as Neurodiverse employees and can be used as a general employee support and on-boarding tool. The initial release of BuddyConnect focuses on three key elements of capability as outlined below.

- A mentoring tool to help build a one to one trusted relationship within the workplace

- A tracker to monitor and create visibility of well-being status with a mentor

- Signposting for support services and important company information

BuddyConnect provides companion WearOS smart watch application which will work connect with BuddyConnect Android mobile application.
